"Healing Our Relationships and Healing Our Lives" is the focus of this meditation group. Each week will include a teaching, a meditation and a Blessing with the intention to heal, grow and expand in a specific area of life. This meditation class will also quiet and liberate you from the conflicted mind, giving you an overall more joyful and peaceful life experience!
