How does it work?  Read on…

Members and Friends of the Center volunteer to host a dinner, a brunch, a breakfast, a picnic (everything is possible!) for a pre-determined number of guests decided by YOU, the host(s).  The meal can be in your home or any another location – again, everything is possible!

Fellow Members and Friends will then bid on your meal(s) during our Gourmets for God silent auction which will commence after Sunday services beginning Easter Sunday, March 31^st through April 21^st, thus creating a delightful fund-raiser for Center for Spiritual Living San Jose!

Please volunteer to host a meal!

You may sign up to host a meal after Sunday services between now and March 17^th after both services (visit a Gourmets for God team member in Fellowship Hall at the Special Events table.)  Note… all meals will be held from June to December – you get to choose the date(s) which work best for you.  Just think, you can even plan your meal for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s and create a new circle of friends for the holidays!  Meals will be published in our auction booklet and on the website, in order for the joyful anticipation to build.  Winning bidders will be notified by April 28^th.

Be creative with your meal ideas and descriptions, or, please know that the Gourmets for God team will be happy to “spice it up!”  Here are two samples:

Mary will delight you with her Thai Red Curry
Pineapple Chicken Rice and a Delicious Desert,
while the Hors d’oeuvres, drinks and wine will
be presented by Ed. We will also have a special
surprise soloist who will be providing a piano sing-along
of all your favorite songs after dinner!
This will be Big Fun!

Life’s a Beach!
With Chip & Dale Otter

Saturday, July 6^th, 4:00 pm

Chip and Dale are gathering a crowd at their favorite beach,
“San Gregorio,” (on Hwy 1) for a good ole’ fashioned
weenie roast!  They’ll provide the hot dogs,
buns, chips and fixin’s (vegan dogs, too.) 
PLUS… all the ingredients for s’mores! 
We’ll enjoy sunset together on the beach and
maybe a few sing-a-longs!
