Our theme for February is LOVE. In order for us to truly and completely love another, we have to have self-love. We begin the month by taking an honest look at our own self-opinions and judgments. How can we get to that place where we can look ourselves in the mirror, say, “I love you,” and really mean it? Once we can do that, we are ready to love others.
